I'm sorry for the things i said,
I'm sorry for the things you read.
I didn't mean to put you down,
I was simply accting like a clown.
The reason why i don't always say sorry,
Is because i'd remember the entire story.
I'd let the regret wash over me.
It's salty sting just like the sea.
It'd attack me like a giant wave,
Inky black like and endless cave
So please understand what i mean.
After all, i'm just a teen...

This i wrote when i was in grade 7 for an english poetry project. It wa the third poem we wrote and it had to be apout apologies. This is acctually personal to me. It's how i really feel when i have to say sorry to someone. No matter what the reason is. I have a heck of a lot of guilt after doing things, i guess ut's tied to anxiety and self-counciousness about what others might think of what i've done and i can't sleep until i apologize. Even if wgat i've done is minor.
Either way. This and 'creation' are my favorite out of the bunch.
